Talent Edge was founded in 2004 by Debbie Tennin. The business was focused on achieveing two main goals.
1) With many years of successful search experience, Ms. Tennin recognized that the retained search industry was due for a major change in the way the fees are structured. Much of this is due to the fact that the internet has changed the way we do our business. Talent Edge offers reduced pricing for retained searches without giving up the level of service and expertise one expects from a highly regarded retained search partner.
2) There were better ways for companies to make decisions throughout the employee life cycle. Specifically, in the hiring and development of its workforce. Companies filled with employees who are aligned to their roles result in a content, productive workforce who performs at the “top of their game” thus increasing customer retention, revenues and productivity.
Ms. Tennin successfully honed her Executive Search skills during her 25 year career in the Industry. Talent Edge specializes in Director to C-Level Executives in the areas of “Shared Services”.
